Directions are in German, but I figured it out.

Very tasty
This has a really good, deep mushroom flavor, especially when you add baby bella mushrooms. Much more so than their Jägersosse gravy powder.

Quick and Easy, Tasty Sauce for dinner! ...directions in English
I really liked the ease of Knorr sauce mixes such as the Jäger-Schnitzel sauce. The only problem is the lack of multilingual directions. German is as tough as English, I’m sure, and some words sort of translate, but others don’t translate at all. But my husband took 4 years of German in college and we were able to puzzle it out. Later, I was able to rework the directions for American kitchens after cooking the sauce a few times. I included a screenshot image of the most recent update of the directions I use, and I hope you find it helpful!

Excellent
I've been purchasing and using Knorr products for years. I was stationed at Rhein Main AFB in Frankfurt Germany in the 1970's and been hooked on authentic (hard to find) schnitzel since. This mix is the real thing! Nothing better! Buy a case!

i love this stuff
I just love Knorr Hunter Schnitzel Mix. I find it very hard to find in grocery stores. The pork cutlets you make with it are also a little hard to find, but on the West Coast Trader Joe's has them. If people knew what schnitzel really is, and how easy it is to make fabulous schnitzel with this mix, I'm sure every store would carry it in their foreign foods section. It's especially good for days when you are pressed for time, or dead beat and you want to make an extra good meal, or if you have company coming. I like to serve it with a little spaetzle, though the more authentic way is with roasted potatoes and a little Rot Kohl. Now if I could only find some great ready-made spaetzle for those busy days. The instructions are in German, which is not really that hard to read, but if you need help, Google translate does a fine job. There is an American version of this mix, but I don't live in Pennsylvania, so I was delighted to be able to get it quick and fresh over the internet.

Es schmeckt so güt.
Love this stuff (and most German Knorr products in general). Worth the wait. Now for those of you types whining about the instructions in German (yes WHINING). What did you expect? The listing clearly states this is being shipped from Germany. Why do you expect a German product to have English instructions? Good grief. Now, there's this handy-dandy thing called Google Translate. Find it. Use it. And stop whining. Okay, I'm going to give you some tips for typing in German. If you see the ß symbol, just use 'ss' instead. If you see ä, ö, or ü, simply add an 'e after the vowel, 'ae', 'oe' and 'ue'. Or if you want to get fancy and have a Mac, hold down the option key and the s and you'll get ß. To get the umlaut letters its option+u and you'll get a highlighted area on your screen. Let go of the option and u and then type the letter you want the umlaut on.
