So happy with purchase.
Well made, zipper is strong and easy to go up and down. It holds my medicine, but I wish it was a little bigger. If there was some give, it wouldn't be a tight fit. But all in all, I would order again. Wow I just noticed there are two plastic slots. How clever is that, great for paperwork.

Functional without being bulky
I am a disabled veteran and my service dog and I go everywhere. Where she did her training, they gave us a letter and an ID card. By law there is no such thing as paperwork on a service dog nor registration so really they didn't have too (but it helps a lot). I use to carry around her information in a plastic holder that soon tore away from the hook and did not attach properly. I've always ordered from activedogs.com so when I saw this pouch, I knew it would live up to it's standards. Her whole service dog ensemble is from there. Her ID card as well as ADA information cards fits snug enough for no fall out. In the zippered part I have emergency contact info and the nearest VA hospital address. I thought it was going to be big on her vest but it really isn't. I have a husky/Shepherd mix so this looks great on her. The zipper can carry a small medicine bottle, my fob key and credit/debit cards comfortably when I don't want to carry my purse. You can choose from different colors but if you want more you just visit the direct website. I understand they changed the clasp/hook so it can be easy to open and close. If you need a service dog pouch, this will not disappoint. Oh and I was able to fit a sandwich bag of some training treats in there (without making it bulky).

EXCELLENT! I Give it 5 Paws Up!
This pricey little clip (yep I'm truthful- it's pricey for its size and function), turned out to be a gem! It's sturdy, has a good zipper, holds ID's snuggly (I had to trim the laminated dog ID card to fit to standard aka drivers license size), is large a large enough pouch you can easily flag discriminants from across the room. I want to say it's about the size of my hand (average palm size with long fingers) for those who aren't great with measurements or don't have a tape measure on hand. I'll try to post a picture up when I can. What I love most about it isn't actually dog related, well, sorta not. I love that it's a large enough pouch I could put my emergency pills, some medical papers, Kleenex, chapstick, cash, some ID's and clip it onto me or my bag for easy access and manageability with my small dog and slow functioning body! So far it's seemed durable but it's still pretty new. Even though it's not required to carry ID for my service dog-because she's a SERVICE DOG it's a lot less headache to have something to show ignorant, biased, or discriminating people when they ask or worse yet just glare because she's a chihuahua not a shepherd or lab. It's not too far off from how a lot of people are about people with chronic "hidden" illnesses or things like dirty looks for (legally) parking in the handicapped when you appear to be "fine," or using a mobility shopping cart, using a wheelchair then standing up to get things, etc. Bottom line- This sucker works great to save you on the extra energy of making everyone else feel more comfortable with you having a seizure sniffing, sensing, convulsions calming, help calling, chihuahua for a service dog! :)

Works great!!!!
I travel with my service dog a lot on planes. This has a perfect zipped place to put all his requirements, doctor's letter, vet check and shot record for TSA in the back pouch. If course I had to fold them to be the size of a deck of cards but they fit!I keep it with my suitcase so it is right there when I pack for the next adventure. It is a great new feature to make my travels easier as have a brain injury so this device makes my organization to pack less tedious.
