I loved the delicious coffee that I made in this French press, it was so much richer and full flavored than my regular coffee pot. The glass carafe is easy to clean, and is very durable with with stainless steel casing, Im thinking I will probably even bring this camping. I love that it is 12 oz instead of a regular 24 oz French press as it makes it easier to use and it's just a little bigger than a tall coffee mug making storage easier too. The strainer worked perfectly. All around I love this French press and am very pleased with my purchase.

Oh my goodness, what an amazing product!My husband is a coffee drinker and I am a tea kinda girl! We made both in our new French Press and now I am questioning where this has been all my life!The BearNaked French Press is so quick and easy to use and is worth every penny.I was amazed by how my new product drew out the robust flavor of my loose leaf, organic hibiscus tea. The flavor is so much milder, when I simply steep it. I can honestly say, I am never going back to the old way of making tea!My hubby has been enjoying his cup of coffee more as well because it brings out the flavors so much more than the Keurig he is used to.It is simple to clean and store. There aren't a ton of intricate little parts that require detailed scrubbing, so we can just give it a quick wash and store it conveniently, because the size is perfect!Love it!! Hands down, one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. It is one that I actually use on a regular basis!

I was loving my little French press, until the glass carafe broke after 6 months of semi-regular use. I poured hot water in one morning and it shattered. Probably just a fluke, but disappointing all the same.

I've had friends who have graciously made me coffee with a French Press in the past but I never owned one or used one myself. I travel a lot for work and buying coffee on the road can really add up so it had been on mind to get one. Right off the bat, I was impressed with the quality. The glass is durable and thick, the stainless steel protects it but still has a clean look. The instructions were easy to follow and produced the large cup of coffee I was hoping for! I was satisfied with the price, especially when I knew some of the proceeds were going to care for others in Ethiopia. Way to go Bear Naked, this is a great product!

Looks nice, but steel has several sharp unpolished spots that can easily cut your skin.Wish the handle is longer.Returning the product.

I have been making a conscious effort to reduce my ecological footprint over the last few years. It took time to realize all of the unnecessary waste in my life. Recently, I realized the amount of waste I was creating with the disposable coffee filters that I use daily, so I went searching for a device that would give me a great cup of coffee without having a throw-away filter. I was originally looking for one of those metal coffee strainers that you set on a cup, but read reviews that they clog. This French press has met my needs perfectly. My two biggest goals, excellent tasting coffee and no filter waste, were easily achieved. Beyond that, this French press coffee maker is great for a single cup of coffee, keeps my coffee hot, and is sturdy to take back and forth between home and office. The sturdiness is also important to me because I do not want to be replacing this press, and end up creating more waste. I have found no issues with the glass and find that it is easy to clean in the dishwasher. The filters are fine and I have no grounds in my cup. Very pleased.

Total coffee nerd point: I love it when French Presses have the small footer screw actually connected to the bottom ring, and this one does! OK, now for the more general use audience... ;-) The press is sturdy, functional (no grounds in my poured coffee), lid is slightly insulated (nice), super stylish and handy for small servings. Great for one cup.
