I received my holo65 and immediately began uploading images & video. VERY COOL PRODUCT!!! Easy to setup and load. Make sure to download the phone app, which allows you to add content wirelessly from your phone's photo and video archive. Also have the remote handy as soon as you plug it in, so you can turn the fan off... since it starts immediately after being plugged in. I did have 1 fan blade that I needed replaced, due to a missing LED. I contacted the seller and received a response within 24 hours and the replacement part shipped later that day. He also provided me with immediate access to the 3D hologram video archive. Cool stuff in there. I've also found the included software for creating 3d hologram text graphics easy to use. The fan works great & everyone that walks by it does a double-take and stops to watch the show. Great for advertisements.

I honestly was not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised with the brightness and quality of the images it shows. Videos just don't do this product justice. You need to see it to really appreciate it. I did contact their sales department and had some custom 3D images created for my business needs. They were great to work with and very responsive. It's been a good experience from the beginning. Quick tip - Make sure you get a stand! This thing has some serious torque to it and needs to be firmly mounted. I look forward to taking it to our next public event and wowing everyone.

The GIWOX Upgrade Holo65 was simple to assemble and started up with quickly. We had a small learning curve when trying to upload our own content to the microSD card, but after using the conversion script provided by the vendor we are able to upload 3D logos and videos with no problems. We used it at an open house even and received many favorable comments. It really draws audience attention. We are going to use it in a trade show booth next. Definitely a very good purchase. Followup: We have reached out to GIWOX on several two occasions with help on creating content for the Holo65 and their customer service was great! Quick replies to emails, and very eager to help us out. Excellent company to work with.

Unfortunately, I've encountered a significant issue: one of the blades in the fan kit has misaligned holes, making it impossible to install correctly. This defect is causing a delay in my project and, as a result, is adversely affecting my reputation with my client. I understand that issues can occur, but I urgently need a replacement blade to complete the installation. Time is of the essence in this matter, and a prompt resolution would be greatly appreciated. Could you please expedite the shipment of a replacement blade, or suggest an alternative solution that could rectify this situation as soon as possible? Thank you for your attention to this matter. normally these things are awesome but quality assurance should have caught that.

I purchased this Holo65 fan projector unsure of exactly how it would fit my needs as a musician/animator/entertainer. Being assured that I had a month to return it if I wasn't satisfied, I purchased it. I have been using this during performances and it is extraordinary. The customer service is also great - questions are answered quickly and assistance with any problems are solved quickly. After using the fan for a few weeks, I noticed that an LED on one of the blades must've burned out. The company shipped me a replacement blade (at no expense to me) that arrived in 2 days and it solved the issue. This company and it's products are top shelf!

I've wanted to get a hologram fan since I saw them at the beginning of the year. If you're looking for them there isn't a lot of information on how they work, what type of files you can create and use on your own or many good reviews. I took a risk on this and ordered one. I'll use this for my company and attendance at trade shows. The effect is definitely eye-catching and looks pretty good. The quality and composition of the source material really makes a difference. If I have one complaint it's that there's no on/off switch and it starts spinning as soon as you plug it in. Be careful the first time you use it. The fan comes preloaded with some videos and the seller was good responding by email with more content to download and some help in the specifications needed to create your own content.

This product is impressive! From start to finish, this company has been fantastic to work with. Extremely helpful in choosing which product was best for our company. We received the product so fast! Once set up (which was not hard), everyone in our office sat and watched it in amazement! Our client is going to love it. The library of holograms the company offers is awesome - and if they don't have what you need - they will create it for you!

I like this product very much but two weeks ago when it was running and burned itself out, you could smell that the motor was burned. I don’t want my money back I would just like a replacement.

El software no tiene instructivo pero es mejor cargarlo por la PC aunque también es un poco difícil de agarrarle la onda.

Excelente opción e innovadora para presentar tu publicidad. Si ves un video como funciona y si da esa perspectiva de 3D es correcto, siempre y cuando tengas un diseño o imagen en 3D, pues si es una foto sencilla NO es así no funciona así, debes renderizar o diseñar en 3D. Su definición muy buena.
