Not even a response back after 13 days.
One of the soles completely fell off revealing wooden shoe. I'm going to have to take an expensive pair of heels to get a new sole made and put on.. Haven't even worn them for over 5 minutes. No one has contacted me about the issue. Not Amazon or Ruthie website that I emailed directly.
