I am extremely impressed with these Sunny Hair dual-use weft extensions! The hair is super soft, silky, and feels very natural. The thickness is great from top to bottom with no thin, scraggly ends, and the length is true to what’s advertised. They blend beautifully with my natural hair and don’t feel heavy or bulky at all. I love that these are butterfly/genius wefts — they lay flat, are comfortable, and don’t show through my hair. Installation was easy for my stylist and they cut and customized perfectly without shedding or unraveling. So far they’ve held curls well, straighten nicely, and still look great after washing. No weird smell, minimal shedding, and no tangling. If you’re looking for high-quality extensions that look and feel expensive without the crazy price, these are definitely worth it. I will absolutely be buying these again!

What a surprise!! I took mine to my hair dresser and had her apply them. The quality is great and the hair is soft. When I first washed it, a couple strands came out but that's normal because the ends have those strands that aren't really tucked in nicely. However, I have had these applied and re-applied a couple of times and they are still great! I don't use urine in my hair so, and I use a lot of conditioner in the ends to keep it supple, and the color is so pretty. So far, for the price of $100 vs 12?$1200, they are a great buy!

I’m so impressed with the Sunny Hair Weft Extensions. The hair is super soft, thick from top to ends, and blends perfectly with my natural hair. No weird smell, no shedding, and the color was spot-on. They style beautifully—curling, straightening, everything—and still look healthy and shiny after multiple uses. For the price, the quality is honestly amazing. I’ve tried other brands, but these are definitely my new favorite!

Very nice at first, but once you wet it or wash it, it tangles and frizzes so quick. Will tangle without me doing anything just sitting down. Doesn’t feel like virgin hair, brushing and attempting to style it makes the tangles worse. The ends look dry and damaged after one use.

Beautiful color! Feels good and soft. I was able to keep them in for well over a month. Curled with heat often. Does start to tangle up badly after about 1 1/2 months

I’ve been wearing extensions for 2 years now and i’ve dabbled in everything from tapes, to halos, to i-tips, to k-tips, to wefts. I’ve paid $200 for hair and i’ve paid up to $1600.. I’m no stranger to this world! im also licensed in extensions and have access to the “professional” brands, using everything from hand-tied to machine-tied wefts. i will say, though, that you get what you pay for. I just had these wefts installed and so far they’re holding up, but i haven’t had them in long enough to really pass judgement. Here’s what i know so far: 1. I ordered the 2,6,2 wefts i 16” and when they arrived, they were packaged beautifully. They were super soft and silky when I took them out of the packaging and i didn’t really experience any tangling… i was worried about that from other reviews. we’ll see how they hold up in the weeks to follow. 2. The top of the weft is really thick. I usually stack 4-5 individually cut pieces in my hair because i need a lot of density to match and my hairdresser had a rough time getting 4 of them to stay because they were so thick. they’re definitely able to be cut (machine-tied, i’m assuming) and they don’t shed much after you remove the cut bits. i’m used to my wefts lying flat against my head for the most part and with these it’s a big adjustment. i went from feeling almost nothing to having a lot of bulk in my rows. 3. the color was off when i ordered them. they looked super dark in the picture and when i got them, they were visibly lighter and not really the same hue. luckily it worked for me and matched pretty perfect, but if someone was ordering for the darkness they’d definitely have an issue. All in all, this is a great brand for someone who’s working on a budget and as of right now, i would order them again. i still prefer my professional wefts over these simply because of the bulkiness, but im not mad at this brand. i would definitely recommend it for someone just starting to get into extensions. UPDATE: had these extensions in for about a week now and my, my. THEY SHED. i’m pulling literal CLUMPS out of my hair every time i wash it, even with being SO gentle. oh also.. they’re curly! i didn’t buy them for the curl but yea they are definitely curly. i styled them with gel and curl cream, (i have relaxed S-curls) and after diffusing.. definitely curly. beware to those who are not looking to buy them for texture!

Ive gone through many hair extensions the past 6 months and finally I found some that are lightweight, feel natural, no bulk where they are sowed. The quality of the hair is nice. I recommend these 100%. I personally dont like the butterfly weft, but the genius I love.

i’m testing out different hair for sew in extensions and we are on day 3, so far it’s still super soft and little to no shedding. i haven’t washed it yet so i’m not sure on how it will be after as i’ve seen a lot of reviews say it is awful after showering. i got 22in, but they almost look like they are 18’s? - we didn’t trim or cut anything either - im 5’2 and have a shorter torso so i’m not sure what happened there but that’s a little disappointing as i wanted long long hair. other than that, the weft band itself is pretty bulky. i have thick hair so we had to use 3 rows and it’s definitely “lumpy/bulky” but not super bad. they don’t feel super heavy to me which is nice. i just wish they were actually 22inches. maybe order a little longer than what you’re wanting. Edit- so far after washing it it’s still good. it definitely sheds but not on like clumps. it also has a natural wave pattern which conveniently worked out for me because it matches my natural wave too. but if you have straight hair, be aware of this.

It can work, but hair looks like fake and colour is more dark than on picture.

I have purchased hair for loose ends on my dreadlocks before from a different company and Sunny hair far exceeds the quality of the other product…..and much more affordable as well! I am so very pleased so far. I haven’t washed them yet but initially the quality is much much better. Will show a photo once I wash them.
