Great product with easy set up
Great product, easy set up and extended our WIFI extremely well through the building. Saved £££ compared to hard wired systems I had been quoted for.

US product, but works fine
Note that it is a US pack (i.e. doesn't fit UK sockets). Had to buy adapters. Luckily the power plug works with 110-240V supplies. Once the firmware has been updated works fine with my existing M5 mesh.

Incompatible plug type
Great product as I have one set up at home the past four years. Ordered a new one for my Father in law and it was delivered with Japanese plugs!!!! Not compatible for Ireland, no use, not good, lots of hassle and a real inconvenience…..

Bad to ship US plugs to UK
This item comes with US 119v adaptor plugs when bought in UK so can’t be plugged in without buying a separate UK adaptor or a UK.US plug which means loose/plugs and easily exposed electrical sockets if like normal routers left in floor or low wall

US model - not for use in UK
The item delivered by this seller was the US model, and marked as such on the box. It had US plugs and was incompatible with UK power sockets and voltage.
