Very good straightener. Easy to use

I'm very pleased with this product. This is a much better steamer than a big one I previously had (which was big like a hoover and constantly leaking). It's very compact, excellent for domestic use. As the water container is pretty small, it would last for steaming of ~2-3 avarage garments. It also is perfect to use on curtains. The steamer is comfortable to hold. It takes very little time to heat, and good amount of steam comes out only when pressing the button (so no steam loss in between). I use this steamer instead of iron, or just to refresh the dry-clean-only garments (eg. wool scarf).

I bought this as it was a best seller and had good reviews. Unfortunately, I found it to be poor and nowhere near as good as stated. Firstly, the length of cable was not stated anywhere, I looked at other similar produts and they were all 2.5m, this one is only 1.5m which is far too short. Secondly, the heat up time is false, it is not usable until the light flashes which is about a minute and it is not usable for a few 2-3 minutes as it has to keep reheating. Thirdly, the manual is very poor, there were no clear instructions on how to use and when to use.Beware when using, it's best to use a glove or something as it gets hot. Might be better to get one with a protruding nozzle or something.

I returned this steamer. This is because it is too chunky to hold and use whilst holding down the steam button. The user instructions aren't in English at all so I couldn't read them. There's no consistency when using it and the water dribbled onto the items I was steaming. The water container is very small so it doesn't last very long, a few minutes at best

Splatters water everywhere the first minute, and i find it too big for travel. Otherwise its very hot and steams well upright

It's relatively small but produces a lot of steam. I wouldn't travel with it, because i think it's too big for that, especially when traveling with hand luggage only. It would be fine in a big suitcase.

I never like ironing and rarely buy clothes that need that. So I bought this steamer for a rare occasion when I need to wear a smart shirt at work. The steamer warms up in around 10-15 seconds and it takes around 2-3 minutes to do a shirt. Also I think it will be useful on holiday, I have a small travel iron, but there is rarely an ironing board in a hotel. The steamer is quite small, easy to hold and actually does the job well.Very happy!
