I ordered the Frigidare gallery microwave because I liked the one we had. This one the basics are about the same. The user manual is awful. Very poor instructions, confusing and inaccurate! I emailed the company re: how to change power cooking levels but 3 weeks later no response.

The display is hard to see from some angles. Apart from that, I have no complaints.

It’s a big microwave and it’s very easy to use. Barely had to read the manual. It does what microwave do heat food up.

We love this microwave! Very easy to clean and very easy to use.

The product came well packaged but when my friend removed it there was a very noticeable ding in the center at the bottom of the door. I’m having my kitchen remodeled and the microwave remained in its box sealed until we were ready to install. The pics were the best out of several but you can tell that the silver metal part is crinkled. My best friend noticed it immediately without my even mentioning the problem. At any rate, delivery date was a month ago, so no recourse.
