A Reader's Guide to Calvin's Institutes

This is an excellant guide to Calvin's Institutes. The first thing it did for me was get me back into the Institutes. Then, it pointed out certain chapters, footnotes and made comments on them. Sometimes I just got lost (in the good sense, lost in the joy of reading Calvin) and at other times I stayed close to Lane's book, noting the things he pointed out, and in effect reading Calvin along with Lane. but either way what Lane did for me was to get me to get Calvin off the shelf and read him. I believe Calvin is a very needed well of truth fo our age.

Good information in this booklet, but $18 for 174 pages seemed pretty steep. I suspect you can find equivalent information online.
