Did it work? Did they not work? Most people buy these things out of habit we’re being influenced by advertising because they really can’t tell. This one’s different for me! I was using it for a couple of years and then a while ago. I figured it was really kind of a lot of money for not knowing if it’s worth anything, but I have forgot that I had these before my knee started hurting anyway here’s the story. I stopped buying them and using them for a while and everything still seem the same and then after a while I started feeling just a little bit of pain in my knees so I thought first that’s my imagination and then as it got worse over time. It was clear that it was not my imagination. So I tried to find a competitive product at a lower price point and I did. And it didn’t work as well. It must take a while to build up in your system because I went ahead and purchased this again and it seems like it’s no longer in increasing and pain and I think it’s going to go back down Again. I’m not a biochemist for sure, but I think this must be something with embedding to tissue that cushions bands of your bones and is usually worn away from arthritis. I don’t believe I have arthritis, but I certainly get the symptoms with my knees after a while. It’s not inexpensive but when you consider the alternative, it’s not expensive Either And as long as I can keep my joints in good shape through some of my own actions I’m going to do it. I probably will still look around, but this is homebase. This works. I proved it to myself. If you try it, promise yourself to try it for a number of months because it takes a while. I would say go six months And if you don’t see relief, I would be surprised or at least some measure of it.
