Wow this board is really nice. I didn't realize that it was coming from Belgium but the cost is just right and I love it. Arrived in a nice box also.

Well the spirits aren’t going to be visiting anytime soon on this board! The board was obviously damaged before packing, as it had a extremely noticeable crimp on the upper left hand side, which couldn’t have happened given the surprisingly good packaging. The material used to manufacture the board, some sort of cloth on particle board, is already beginning to fray and the planchette has no felt tabs to aid in sliding. I would be happy had I paid $10 for it, but at almost $50, I’m utterly disappointed. 3 Stars

No padding at all in the board box, all four corners were damaged on arrival : ( Board itself is textured, not smooth like you'd expect, making for difficult sliding of the planchete. Might try some felt pads. Shouldn't have to modify right out of the box. It's a fail in my book.
