Incredible relevant
As relevant today as when author wrote it. Mr Baldwin writings are clear and timeless. Should be compulsory reading in US.

Buckel up!
This is ONE HECK OF A GOOD READ, but the thoughts, ideas, suggestions, etc. can get quite profound at times, and if you want to really enjoy the book and gain something personal from it you will almost certainly, from time to time, need to pause and then read again to fully digest some of the things he has to say. I got stuck on Baldwin after I read this!
