How many days can we wear it? 30/31

There's no hard and fast rule of 30 or 31. Sometimes the lens wears off and gives you headache in 25 days... Sometimes you forget to change it and it feels normal for 40 days. One calendar month is a good way to remember, however if it is maintained and cleaned properly, one week plus - minus will make no difference.
