First and foremost, the center piece of the loveseat is NOT missing, it is beneath, tucked up under the loveseat. You have to pull back the velcro lining and voila! I know, its ridiculously hidden. I was upset too before I found it later that night. I love this set. I found the exact one in a furniture store in my area for nearly double the price. Between the Chair, Love Seat and Couch, there is 5 recliners. The center of the Love Seat has a small storage area behind the cup holders. It was pretty easy for me and my man to put together. It is NOT LEATHER, it is fiber. I have a long haired dog, and so far it doesn't collect hair. The couch is a sitting couch, not for laying because of the shape of the cushions. It's not the most glamorous set, but it is worth the price tag. It is just what I was wanting for my living room. Hope this helps some that are looking or previous purchased.

First the shipping: There are a few things at issue. First, these are not packaged well for shipment. Every box looked like it was more packing tape than cardboard and was collapsing when delivered. Thanks to the helpful delivery guy who helped my try to drag the box inside mostly intact. All the paperwork had fallen out so I was not sure how to assemble or if there were any other missing parts. The seller was able to provide the assembly instructions after several requests. And I'll give them this, it was fairly easy to assemble. Everything snaps together. However, it wasn't quality of any sort: The Furniture: They are not as large and poofy as you'd imagine from the pictures. These are small items. The arm rests sit really low, if you you're over 5'10" you'll have to scrunch over to use them at all. The foam used for the cushions is really cheap. There was a divot developing in them within a week of use. And they are hard cushions. Really not comfortable at all. The spring mechanisms in the reclining features were so tight that you could not retract them without first standing up, and then pressing down with your foot. It's not a super stable setup. I mean it feels rickety from the beginning. Everything is pretty loose. I was trying to think who these might be a good value for. Because I'll admit, 3 items for this price is a good value. But if you're a large person, you really won't fit and be comfortable. And if you're not a large strong person, you're really not going to be able to manage the reclining at all. And honestly, I don't know that those mechanisms will hold up over time with how loose everything feels. With all that, I really can't recommend this at all to anyone. You're better off finding some quality used for half the price. The Seller: We contacted the seller to return these under warranty due to the defective / unusable reclining feature. This was a whole other long battle that took weeks and I finally had to escalate to Amazon when they refused to refund us AFTER picking up the couches. I was out the money and the furniture. The details of that are in my review of the Seller.

So I'm writing 4 stars. The couch is very comfortable, easy to assemble. Seems like it will last at least a couple years even with my 3 dogs. We did buy couch covers bc the fabric seems fragile but I'm hoping it holds up. The furniture is not "mini" or "small" like some people have said. It's a normal size. I am 6 foot and so is my fiance. Our feet hang off all the recliners but it doesn't take away from the comfort. Can't beat it for the price. when the furniture was delivered, we were missing our actual recliner due to some internal issues. We did received it a week later. Shipping is through a different company completely but I received my furniture by the dates promised (other than the recliner). The furniture arrived in boxes that were completely destroyed (the recliner arrived in perfect condition). Not a little messed up but completely destroyed. Somehow, the only damage was to the back of the couch where something had tore a relatively large hold through the framing of the couch. Didn't seem to affect the integrity of the couch and you can't see it with the back cover down. There was a snag on one of the attachable arms. Very small, almost didn't notice. The middle part for the loveseat with the console was partially bent but I was able to attach the piece. While customer service was prompt, it was a nightmare experience. You have to use Amazons platform to send emails and attaching all the pictures or just ONE picture was impossible bc the size of the email was too large. It was just a mess all the way around. I was given a small refund for the damage to the hole in the couch but nothing else. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I'm not sure I would order again if I knew all we would have to go through but I am overall happy.

VERY COMFORTABLE, LOOKS GREAT, FEELS GREAT EASY TO PUT TOGETHER. FOR USE IN MY LIVINGROOM, ONLY HAD IT FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW. JUST WAITING TO SEE HOW DURABLE IT IS. SO FAR IT SEEMS LIKE IT WOULD LAST A LONG, LONG TIME.

The couches are comfortable, made sturdy, and work great, but the single recliner broke within weeks of receiving. Now it has been a back and forth headache to get the return labels to just simply exchange the chair. It has been six weeks of call after call to try and get the proper return labels to exchange the broken chair sitting in my living room. The chair leans to the left and won't close. So it is stuck in the recline position permanently. Amazon has emailed the seller numerous times and still no proper return labels have come via email or otherwise and our attempts to contact the seller go unanswered. I would not advise anyone to buy anything through this seller due to their problematic handling of returns.
