Great, long lasting, don't buy the lidocaine ones
Great for relieving sore muscles and aches, long lasting (5-6 hours). Don't buy the larger lidocaine ones. They don't work and they don't stick worth anything. These work great and stick (and come off easy on the skin too).

I love these. We use them often when we pull a muscle or lift too many things and it sooths our aches and pains. You got to have these on hand in case you hurt yourself. A must have in your cabinet! Just make sure to put them in a air tight container if you don't use them all right away so they stay fresh.
