Im very please with this purchase. It arrived cold, VERY well packed and is delicious! I live in an area where anything other than American or Swiss cheese is exotic, so I am very pleased to have a place to get this! Its great!!

It was very bad , the cheese was all melted , I have to throw it way .

Sheep's milk cheese agrees with me the most, but this was a pretty pricey choice. It is mild, melts well on toast, and I like it but too expensive to buy again.

As a Bulgarian immigrant living away from family, I've been missing kashkaval! This stuff is the real deal. Be sure not to leave the package sitting for too long - get in the fridge ASAP.

It’s impossible to find Kashkaval in stores and I wanted to make Borekahs which are wonderful potato and cheese pastries that I remembered from my childhood. The flavor was perfect!

My husband is allergic to cow's milk but can eat goat's milk so this is a perfect cheese for him. This cheese is smooth and tastes good even to me. We use it for everything including pizza. It's made cooking for him so much easier!
