I ordered this tree 2 weeks ago and it took a week for it to arrive. The box was completely destroyed (shame on you, Amazon), but fortunately the tree itself was not harmed. We put it up immediately to make sure there were no broken parts and that the lights work. I was very pleased with the amount of lights and branches. Usually we have to add extra ligthts, but aside from the twinkle lights which I add that won’t be necessary. The tree itself is very full and fairly easy to fluff. Save yourself some pain and wear gloves for fluffing. The branches are not soft and easy to handle without them. But all in all it’s a lovely tree, well worth the money, and I can’t wait to start decorating. This tree will be my fall tree. I’ll post pics when it’s done.

I just love this tree. I got the 4.5 foot pre lit. I did set it on a small table to give it some height. The lights were perfectly strung and the tree is very full. The hardest part, and what took the most amount of time, was separating and arranging the branches. I am pretty picky about that so I kept zhuzhing them. What I really like is there are tiny branches at the very back of each branch, that you can push close to the middle post to cover it. You can’t even see the middle post if you do this which makes it even look more real. I always get a fresh cut tree. They are super expensive and I didn’t want to deal will putting on all the lights (my least favorite thing to do!) and all the dry needles everywhere when I drag it to the curb after New Years. For the price of one real tree, I will hopefully have this one for years to come! It definitely looks more real than another one I purchased and returned to Amazon a day later once I saw how cheap it looked. I highly recommend this one! Happy Holidays.

Bought for Christmas this year and it was perfect. Just the right amount of lights and it was so full and beautiful.

The tree assembled pretty quickly and easily, and it looks terrific. That right there is what's important. However, one of the light stopped went out about one day after the tree went up, and after following their instructions for what to do in that circumstance -- change fuse, replace first non-working light -- with no effect, I wrote to customer service. They didn't respond to my email, sad to say. All I'd ask of them is that they send a replacement string, but not having heard back from the company, I'm living with it for now. I'll birddog the problem once the tree is down and it's easier to get at all the lights. But, I'm not nearly as impressed with their customer service as I am with their tree.

I wanted to have this tree up and in action for awhile before I reviewed it. This was replacing a tree that statistically (branch quality, light count, etc) was half the quality and half the price. I am thoroughly impressed with this tree and think it was well worth the higher price. It is perfectly full and beautiful after fluffing it and all of the lights work, which to be honest, is always luck of the draw. The reason I am writing this review is because of the customer service and willingness to stand behind their product. I emailed several brands that I was considering, and Puleo is the ONLY brand that went above and beyond to answer my emails and did RESEARCH in order to answer my questions. I wanted to know what their warranty promised if I received a defective item (which is always possible with a tree regardless of the brand). I was able to speak to an associate who assured me the brand itself would replace it. Another brand I considered responded with only a PDF of their warranty policy, nothing more. I am SO glad I chose this brand and I hope this tree lasts for years because it is truly gorgeous. More importantly, I hope Puleo knows how great their customer service reps are and what a difference it makes. This is ultimately why I chose this tree and I have no regrets!

I ordered 2 of these, we got one and one was damaged. Amazon credited us so I ordered another one and it was damaged, Amazon credited us for it. I ordered another one from another source and it came in fine. We have not opened the one we got in yet so I can’t tell you anymore about it. My hopes are it will be good and easy to assemble.

For the money, this is a really nice tree. Took only about 30 minutes to set it up, most of which was spent getting the branches in the right place. Looks real too!

Wow, I just set up the tree. Very easy assembly. The 2 bottom sections are hinged. The top section isn't but doesn't need to be. However, being new, it did take about an hour to "fluff" out all the branches...and there are many, especially on the bottom section. The middle section is thinner by comparison, but decorations fill it in nicely. Overall, the tree is beautiful, tall, and shaped well. The width is just right, not skinny but not overly wide. The lights are well distributed. They do not blink or change color, but I didn't want those features anyway. Great Christmas tree and looks more expensive than it is. Happy purchase!

This tree is great, my only issue was that when I received the tree yesterday there was a broken circle thingy at the bottom of the tree. I had to use a spare green circle-y thing that came in the box.

I ordered this tree in 2021 for roughly C$400. I'm setting it up for the first time Christmas 2022. I moved to a new home in the meantime. Despite that, I am *CERTAIN* no parts were left behind. Not having a stand makes a huge difference. I've ordered a replacement stand fot C$68, which will arive in 2023. Having to invent my own stand for 2022 has been a real challenge. I've adapted a live tree stand as best I can. My-point-and-I-do-have-one: check your tree box contents ASAP on arrival. Don't miss the return window, like I did.
