After I complained about my hearing being poor for the last couple of weeks, my GP saw I had a large build-up of ear wax, and suggested I try this (after softening the wax with Earol) instead of paying for a professional to do it. I bought this kit and tried it, this evening, even though I was *very* sceptical. I'd used Earol once or twice a day for 4 of the last 6 days (I'm terrible at remembering to do this) and when I tried this kit tonight it dislodged a clump of wax from both ears about the size of a small bee! I was genuinely surprised at how well it worked, and how simple it is. I didn't find the water-catcher worked particularly well — at least not as well as the front of my shirt — but for doing the job of loosening and removing ear wax, it is a great little kit. Highly recommended.

My daughter had a blocked ear for nearly a week and this was a last resort before paying someone professionally to do it. Very impressed with this product on the first attempt on using it you could see the wax buildup coming out. Her hearing was back to normal straight after just one time use, used olive oil to help soften it and then the following day used this and worked a treat

Fantastic piece of kit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I think it's overpriced and the plastic bottle could be of higher quality. If it had included the ear wax softener and the solution you mix in the water at this price point I would have given it 5 stars. To be fair this particular product from this company came with more accessories than most of the others at the same price. That said, this thing works wonders!! Removed a small ball of hard wax from both ears and actually improved my hearing. Bear in mind I clean my ears at least 3-4 times a week and only bought this product because of recent issues with my left ear. Left ear felt 'popped' all the time. After using this that issue is gone. How I used it. I used the ear wax softener/remover drops and let them sit in the ear for 15 minutes. After that I used the bottle with the flexible ear attachment filled with warm water. I sprayed it in quite fast and moved the ear piece about a bit until all the water was gone. I did this twice on both ears but the wax ball came out during the first spraying on both ears. I was honestly think this is the only way to truly clean your ears at home. I've used buds and wax remover all my life and never had these results.

My 18 year old sons ears are prone to blocking. The last couple weeks we been using oil and other ear products with no success. This ear cleaner got everything out first go and was very easy to do. Good product happy with that

been on holiday abroad and messing around in the pool & sea with the kids all day, i was really struggling with my ears blocking up and reducing my hearing - the more i messed with them trying to get whatever was in there out the worse they got. Ordered the trigger bottle kit to be delivered the day before we flew home. First go i used the solid plastic nossle with just warm water which brough a decent amount of wax out of both ears but i could still tell there was more in that needed to come out. Tried again later that day but with a different attachment - the soft tip and slightly warmer water - immediately loads more wax came out of both ears - horrible dark brown stuff. Its a wonder i could hear anything at all with all that in there. Once the water had drained out of each ear my hearing was perfect - far better than it ever has been before - everything sounds pin sharp - its like my ears and hearing are pricked up all the time. Definately worth the money. I was a bit worried about doing damage by doing it myself - wife want overly keen on me doing it and shes a nurse. A 2nd pair of hands would be really handy and also being able to see inside the ear then you can see what going on before hand and during the process then you know when you can stop. I think the warmer water on the 2nd try really made the difference though

​I was initially sceptical about how effective this treatment would be. My left ear had been completely blocked for a couple of weeks, severely reducing my hearing. I tried using oil drops first; they didn't clear the blockage, but they likely softened the wax. On my very first use of this kit, most—if not all—of the trapped wax came out. Seeing the residue in the basin was incredibly satisfying, and my hearing was instantly restored. Definitely worth every penny!

Arrived promptly. Simple to use. Appeared safe in the ear. Did the job. Ears now clear.

This device definitely works you will need to read the instructions and follow them. It is a very good decent highly professional and recommended.

Trois infos: 1° Souffrant d'un important bouchon d'oreille comme presque chaque année lequel est difficile à enlever car celui-ci est composé évidemment de cérumen mais également de petites peau dû à de l'eczéma, le tout bien enfoncé chaque jour bien profondément car je dors avec des bouchons en mousse sans quoi je me réveille au moindre bruit. Cette info qui peut sembler inutile est importante car elle vous donne une idée de l'importance de ce bouchon et de la difficulté à s'en débarrasser sans allez chez un spécialiste ou mon médecin. Donc j'achète plein d'espoir chez mon pharmacien Audilyse 9,95€ puis faute de résultat Quies Doculyse 13,15€ sans davantage de succès et donc avoir jeter à la poubelle mon espoir et 23,10€ , j'ai décidé d'acheter ce produit en espérant me débarrasser d'un maudit bouchon d'oreille en pleine période de fêtes. La méthode de ce produit étant similaire à celle utilisé par mon médecin, je me suis dit pourquoi pas. Et si ça ne marche pas je prendrai un rendez-vous chez un orl car je sens bien que ce bouchon est compliqué. Et là miracle après quelques minutes d'utilisation j'entends parfaitement à nouveau bye bye le bouchon, quel bonheur, je recommande donc grandement ce produit bien plus efficace que tous les produits qui servent à enrichir mon pharmacien. 2° Petit bémol, la boîte reçue était incomplète, il manquait la petit bouteille d'huile d'olive, pas bien grave mais je me disais quand même que ce n'était pas sérieux et je me suis plains par écrit au vendeur. 3° Super méga bon vendeur, en effet celui-ci a réagi en quelques heures avec une solution bien au-delà de mes espérances. Je recommande donc vivement ce produit d'une très grande efficacité mais également le vendeur FBGC Limited qui est très sérieux et bien plus qu'honnête, il devrait être pris en exemple. Mein linkes Ohr war nach dem Duschen oder Baden oft zu. Es dauerte meistens den ganzen Tag bis ich wieder gut hören konnte. Daher suchte ich nach einem Gerät die Ohren zu reinigen. Ein Arztbesuch ist zeitlich aufwendig und diese wollte ich mir sparen. Zunächst war ich aufgrund der Bewertungen skeptisch, ob Medi Grade mein Ohr freimachen könne. Die Aufsätze haben mich jedoch überzeugt es zu bestellen. Lieferung wie immer sehr schnell. Der Ohrreiniger war steril verpackt und machte inkl. der Aufsätze einen guten Eindruck. Die Ohrwanne hat ergonomisch absolut nicht zu meinem Hals-Kopfverhältnis gepasst. Daher entschied ich mich die Ohrspülung über dem Waschbecken vorzunehmen. Nunja, nach 1 kompletten Flaschen- Wasserspülung lösten sich nur kleine Partikel. Also ließ ich die Ohren einweichen , während ich die 2. Flaschenfüllung vorbereitete. Am Ende der 2. Flaschenfüllung angelangt, war das Ergebnis erneut... kleine Partikel. Kurz vor dem Aufgeben bemerkte ich, dass ich im Ohrgang etwas ertasten konnte. Also bat ich jemanden um Hilfe- so konnte eine Kugel Ohrenschmalz mit einem dünnen Gegenstand leicht aus meinem Ohr befreit werden. - Dies wiederholte ich mit der 3. Spülung beim 2. Ohr und auch hier konnte die 2. Kugel manuell entfernt werden. Fazit: Mit beiden Aufsätzen, abwechselnd und Geduld, funktioniert die Entfernung von Ohrenschmalz! Ich kanns empfehlen!

Je les tester car mon enfant avait de gros bouchon de cérumen au fond dans les oreilles impossible a atteindre... et la douleur commençait a s'installer j’avais essayer la poire d’oreille mais aucun résultat et les ORL pour avoir un rendez-vous c’est quasi impossible.. et jai acheter cette pépite en lisant les commentaires. Et hier miracle avec cette pépites des énormes bouchons sont sortis et sans douleur résultat des oreilles propres et plus aucun bouchon je recommande a 100% surtout pour les enfants car les cotons tiges sont à bannir.
