Karmic Management: What Goes Around Comes Around in Your Business and Your Life Hardcover – September 1, 2009

I confess that I actually purchased this kindlebook that Karmic Management What Goes Around Comes Around In Your Business and Your Life by Geshe Michael Roach, Lama Christie McNally, and Michael Gordon intuitively and logically aware that I’m well outside the targeted demographic for this kindlebook because I am still in progress/in the process of improving my leadership and management skills. Still, this kindlebook helped remind me that I could at least do some good using more of my free time to be a volunteer more frequently rather than stew over what I can do at my current employment/career/professional level and I intend to keep this kindlebook for my own present and future reference. The jury is still out on how I feel about certain details included on one of the companies featured in this kindlebook still there was helpful andor compelling information to include the following: circumstances that indirectly influenced part of the how and why they came across the concept of karmic management, what the authors mean by their idea of a to-do list, playing the odds, the personal toll of playing the odds, the social cost of playing the odds, what the authors mean when it comes to a justice to things, karmic business partners (the authors section some of the ideas via customers, suppliers, the world), the authors view about competition, what the authors mean by keeping on learning, and more.

I bought this book and liked it so much that I bought the Diamond Cutter right after that. Karmic Management is very practical too. Its very simply written, so you can apply the ideas immediately in your life. Its not a big science here. If you want something in life, just give it to someone first and then you'll get after that. The great thing is that you do not have to give it in equal value; the intention is what it counts - it all works subconsciously; that's the beauty of it.What I like the most is that when you give something to somebody, I feel love...I feel connection with that person. So I kind of forget that I may get something in the future. Just giving is enough. Wonderful book. Get it and change your life.

I enjoyed the book "Karmic Management". I needed the book to participate in a study group. The book was an easy read, the subject was clearly explained.I would have preferred an unabridged audio book on CD. If anyone knows of a site that can be searched by "unabridged audio books on CD" I would love to know it. (I am not a expert computer person and am not interested in computer download books!!)

I found this book after reading Geshe Michael's book The Diamond Cutter. I was looking for a more concise overview of the Diamond Cutter and found Karmic Management, which is exactly why he wrote the book. I immediately started applying the principles found in both books and can saw I saw very early and rapid success. I've now grown a million dollar + business within a couple years. Every quarter I go back and read Karmic Management and apply it. I also have it as mandatory reading for my staff. I don't follow it 'religiously". I'm not very good at the 6 times book, and I get in my head a little too much about decision making (Karmic Management Rule #5). But I learn something each time I go back and read it. I also apply it to my personal life and am much happier and at peace than I've been before. Hope this review inspires you to read it and apply it and to get out and help others.

I just started reading it. It has lots of info. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in the subject.

I didn't realise how responsible I was for the 'unpredictable' nature of my life and business until I read this book. But what sat me back on my heels was the revelation that things are both predictable and capable of real, systematic and enduring change, for the better! By applying the exercises and practices, the knots and blockages are unwinding, things are truly so much on the up, I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming. Geshe Michael Roach and friends are modern unique sages.

The concept itself is beautiful but it is not practical to invest all your time and effort in helping the provider or the employee and then sit and wait for the world to throw you a bone. There is no empirical truth on it.

I love this book. For me, this was the missing piece for really understanding how to manifest anything I ever wanted. Also I really enjoy watching his ( Geshe Michael Roach ) videos on youtube :)
