I recently purchased this chrome door knob with a lock, and I’m very impressed with it. The sleek chrome finish gives it a modern and polished look, which enhances the overall appearance of the door. However, while it has all the necessary parts, you may still need a carpenter if you’re not comfortable with the installation process, especially if you’re working with older doors or frames. What I really love is how affordable this product is for the quality it offers. It not only met my expectations but exceeded them in terms of value for the price. I couldn’t find anything to dislike about it! Overall, I highly recommend this door knob if you’re looking for something that’s both stylish and functional.

These are good quality knobs. Better than the almost double priced Wickes ones I bought 2 years ago which ended up failing after 8 months by locking someone inside bathroom resulting in having to remove door jam to release them. I still like these style knobs so hopefully they'll last. They were easy to install using a router and chisel. Note... These did not come with a false key to open from other side but you can easily use a small flathead screw driver in an emergency. The stainless steel makes them easy to clean and they don't seem to tarnish like my previous brass ones did. I sprayed the mechanism with silicone spray before I installed them. Hopefully they don't lockup like my previous Wickes ones did. They have a modern clean and contemporary look which I like.. Great value item so far.

You need skills to fit them, but they seem ok, the lock mechanism is a little tricky to fathom at first but it's fully functional , feels solid and looks good

Bought for use on bathroom door to avoid kids accidentally locking themselves in with the separate sliding lock. Well packaged delivery. All parts complete and sturdy. The latch had adjustable depth for different door sizes. Replacement Installation took about 40 minutes. The locking system works well (and can be easily undone from the outside using a small coin). My original door knob was based on a rose fitting and came off easily. Had to enlarge the existing holes using hole saw attachments, but not as wide as the instructions suggested, about 40mm for the outside portion and about 25mm for the inside. The inside can be shallower cutout. Then I used a separate wood drill for the screw fixing - I thought this would make the installation stronger rather than just going through the door with a massive hole. If I can post my photos you will see what I mean.

Life changing! I have fitted this to my bedroom door to stop my teenagers getting into my room. Easy to fit, sturdy product.

Nice quality, the the length of the latch is too long , I have panels on my doors, and to fit this would of meant the hole going into a panel, then the hole you need to make to the handle site flush is massive

Lock was a replacement of a previous so fitting was really easy. Came with 3 solid keys. I say solid as sometimes keys supplied are quite thin - these are great. And also sometimes you only get 2 keys - 3 is great. Good value for money. Good metal colour

Value for money: Looks good but was faulty when arrived Indoor knob was completely jammed and would not turn Retuned and no confidence to buy a replacement Chose a more expensive product thinking you get what you pay for I was wrong
