Can this be used for a saltwater tank?

I am using it on my saltwater tank but keep an eye out when blades rust

Screws fall off! What am I doing wrong?

Try putting the screws in from the opposite side. They fall out if going in on wrong side.

Can this scraper work on removing hardwater stains

The blades is very thin, I would say you could use it on hard water stains that aren't terribly thick.
