I’ve had these ear buds for 3 months. They do what they say they do. Decent dependable earbuds. However this is what I love. Not sure how to describe but the part that goes in your ear, when in your ear, lays flat against your ear, making them comfortable to wear while sleeping and laying on your side. I would not have noticed this if not for my other ear buds whose ear piece extends out past my ear making them uncomfortable to sleep with.The curved more solid part that goes behind your neck makes them stay in place. Again, my old buds were loose wire. I wear the buds often with just one bud in my ear and because of the way these are made they do not slip off the way my old buds would do.Lastly and, my motivation to leave this review, is customer service. I started having a problem whereas the buds would repeatedly announce that I was connected and unconnected, while continuing to work. Very annoying. I contacted customer service skeptical that I would be satisfied without further contact and complaining. Within 24 hours I receive an email telling me how to reset the earbuds, very easy to do, and assurance that if that did not work they would remedy the issue for me. It worked! Easy peasy, I am very satisfied and pleased with my purchase.

LOVE these blue-tooth wireless ear buds.GREAT sound. The bass and overall sound put regular "ear muff" style to shame. I was comparing last night while listening to music. So much more is picked up with these.Also great use for TV and phone. I loved them so much, I bought one for my husband, who is hard of hearing and my Mom who is legally deaf. Both of them said, I CAN HEAR THE SOUND CLEARLY.So I'm impressed.They charge quickly and the charge lasts well over 8 hours. The wireless connection is confirmed by the little voice telling you "Connected"Really easy to pair on blue tooth. Mine picked up to my tablet immediately. Same with my phone.I do have a mystery connection somewhere though. I just haven't been able to find out what's it connecting to, but is comes right back to whatever I am using at the time. LOL

I just purchased my 2nd Namami XI Bluetooth headset, and I love it! However, I want to offer couple of customer recommendations that would make it more user friendly! Paint the control buttons (off/off switch & volume buttons) and the (L) left and (R) right Earplug identifications a BRIGHT WHITE OR YELLOW to make the CONTRAST with the headset and better enable the user to see and identify! Also the CHARGING connection should be red or blue or some color to make it stand out from the black chord. I struggle each time I use it to find the location of these controls. Update: After leaving the review, I was contacted by the seller offering a full refund. I was also contacted by a Nanami tech person who suggested a "factory reset" might fix the issue. Everything is now working as it should. (Factory Reset: In the shutdown state, press and hold the multi-function button for more than 10 seconds, initially the red and blue lights flash quickly, then the red and blue lights flash 3 times slowly, finally the lights are off to indicate successful reset.) I liked the light weight feel around my neck. The cords are not too long when dangling. Other brands swing into the water when washing hands or generally get in the way. The controls are easy and work well with Hoopla or Libby.****No longer applicable part of the review. After 4.5 months he battery only lasts about 30 minutes before giving "battery low" warning and shutting off. No way to contact the seller and apparently no 1 year warranty. Great price but expected to get 1-2 years of use out of them.**** Working fine again.

Thank goodness I know that the lifespan of most earbuds is less than 2 years so I added an Asurion plan. Back when the Asurion warranties box would prompt automatically when you would add a set of these to the shopping cart. It is one giant red flag when Asurion warranties don't prompt on items with their price range. (they generally don't warranty anything below $20) If they're not willing to take a chance, then strongly consider taking a chance with these as well.First pair one side stopped working, within sellers warranty and they replaced it.Second pair stopped taking a charge, again, replaced by seller.Third pair, left side quit, two months. exchanged for 4th pair. see below.Fourth pair, right side stopped working, one year + 2 months. omfg!This the 5th pair, is an upgrade, the buttons are different and is now uses a USB C port to charge instead of the former micro USB, FINALLY. And also upgrade to BT 5.3 - or at least they say that. Which changes the specs and makes this a different model, still using reviews from their former earbuds. A practice by many sellers which Amazon should end.Asurion credited me the full amount within hours after dropping off this piece of future toxic landfill, or worse, in the oceans. KUDOS to Asurion. Can't go wrong for $2.00. Only problem is that they have to give you your money back in the form of an Amazon gift card, which seems kinda illegal to me? So I bought this pair to replace them.The only reason I got these is because the sound and volume are pretty good for the price, and they pair pretty easily with all my BT devices. And I only use these for TV watching.BUT I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND, because of the high failure rate.I will give them 3 stars because the sellers were good about replacing failed sets of these within their 1 year warranty.And I still might send them back out of principle.And a piece of advice, when reading the 5 star reviews on these or any Amazon products, check the history of the reviewers, and see how many of them have entirely all 5 star reviews, with maybe a 2 or 3 star review for effect. Cheers to Amazon for having that feature. And also sometimes I do that on the 1 star reviews because there are influencers also paid to trash a product as well, not to mention competitors. Trolls are a fact of life now. I've actually ended up buying other products recommended by other reviewers I can trust based on their review history.It will tell you a lot.To sum this up.
