P3SD4-12 Punch P3S 4-Ohm DVC Shallow 12" Subwoofer

I got two 12in p3s 4 ohm and so far two weeks in I love them 1000 watt amp dowt 1 ohm and idk who said the car next to you won’t hear it I can feel it and hear it from two houses away maybe farther but when I tune them down i still have a luxury bass to chill to so best of both worlds with these which is exactly what I was looking for!

Amazing low bass and overall sound. These were perfect under the back seat of my 2024 Tundra. Powered with a mono Alpine Amp. So good. This is my 4th set of Rockford Fosgate 12 inch subs. I thought of maybe branching out to JL or Alpine, or Pioneer. I am so glad I didn't after installing and listening to them. Always the best!!

I was running these subs for about a week short of a year when one started to sound bad. Called them up and the replaced it! I did have to send proof of me destroying the one I said was bad. Felt like that should be a crime (cutting a subwoofer apart) been around a year since that and haven't had any issue since. I run they right around that 400rms each.

After blowing 3 pairs of Alpine type S 10's (not shallow mount) I decided to switch brands. Don't get me wrong, I love alpine, and the subs blew because I pushed them way too hard, but I like to change up my system just to compare. This time around I bought a box off eBay instead of building my own box (I got lazy), and I don't regret it at all. The subs are wired to 4 ohm, I usually wire to 1 ohm, but I'm tired of blowing subs. I have an 1800 watt audiopipe amp, and the combination makes one hell of a system. Clean and loud bass.

I'm an old school car stereo guy and I had serious doubt about a shallow mount subwoofer sounding good. I wanted a much more old school install in my vehicle. I had some JL 12w6s that would be perfect, but I didn't have the mounting depth so I had to look for something shallow. I was mainly after getting a little more low end for my factory system. I have an Audio Control LC2i feeding low level inputs to an US Amps 100 bridged at 2 Ohms. It's putting out a little over 300 watts and that is plenty for this sub. I don't see it really taking much more real power. I have a US Amps 400, but I don't think I am even going to try it. In the back of my SUV it puts out some nice deep bass, much better than I was expecting for a single 12.

Fosgate what can say besides there awesome and sound awesome. I love fosgate. I've got 4 fosgate subs that are 14 maybe 15 years old still pounding away.

I don’t I’ve ever even written a review that’s less than 5 stars but this changed my mind. I bought this sub for my little brother for Christmas and I flew in this morning to install it for him, hooked it all up and literally 3 hours after I installed it I was driving with some friends listening on maybe volume 20 (which is low) to a pretty bass-less song and all the sudden it cuts out and I look back in confusion and the woofer is SMOKING. I’ve been installing dozens and dozens of systems for maybe 5 years now and this has never happened. Wires, wiring, amp, and everything all check out. Severalely disappointed in everything that had to do with this faulty product. Paid $100+ for this thing and apparently the “window” for returns “closed” the day it broke

For the price I was expecting a lil more difference in power handling, at 400 rms and I'm pushing it with a 500x1d fosgate amp figured was a perfect match...for the most part it is, but constantly adjusting eq to correct distortion and it's a shallow sub so overall satisfied ...

This sub is great! I paired it with a 600amp alpine amp and it pounds.
