I have a job where I sweat profusely. the sensors tend to fall off quickly because of this? Will these make the sensor stick better?

Yes, it also helps to apply skin tac when securing the sensor, reapply skin tac and place the waterproof covering over the top. I live in the Middle East where temperatures reach 50Celsius (122F) and I have no problem with the sensor falling off.
