Would they hold 16x20 pictures frames?

Yes, we used 2” hooks to hold smaller frames and 4” hooks for larger frames. The hooked worked like the front of an easel.

How are these mounted on a wall? Is there any hardware attached?

I bought separate hardware and have them hanging on the wall as a pot rack. It's doable. But I had to do the math on the load weight & wall type for the screws to use.

How would they last outdoors? I am thinking about incorporating them in a handrail on my front porch.

They do have a coating on them which makes me think they would do well.

How do you hang these Panels to a sheetrock wall?
