Perfect, made origiri (rice balls) stuffed with carrot and ginger. The rice holds together very well using the onigiri forms from Amazon.

There are no directions on the bag for cooking!
The rice is great. Maybe a little spendy, but I do love the idea of the women raising it. I like that it is organic. There are NO DIRECTIONS on the bag. I just don't get it. I have to look up the directions before making. I rinsed and soaked mine for an hour based on a youtube Japanese cooking channel I watch. Makes good rice balls.

Best Organic Sushi Short Grain Rice on the market!
McCabe brand Organic Sushi rice (short grain) is by far the best on the market. No bugs! Well worth the money .... delicious flavor and great for any dish! I hope that Amazon continues to carry its availability. :)
