You can adjust it to your needs and workout progression
Pleased with my purchase - product as described, works very well and fits easily into my hand. Great box design. I like the compression spring and the adjustability feature, the force adjustment covers a good range that works for me. The gripper is made from nice quality plastic and metal, it feels very solid. I'm using it to practice my left palm for holding chords on the guitar (after a few weeks of using the hand grip the pain went away!). Alongside with the right palm, I'm improving the strength of my grip for bouldering.
