I've been having trouble focusing,concentrating and re reading school work and it was becoming frustrating. I conducted some additional research with regards to the listed ingredients and was impressed by their claims to assist in brain support and thought why not, I'll give it a try as I'm aware of many benefits of mushrooms and varies other plants. Anyway, I've been using Anima Mundi brain tonic for a weeks now and feel I can focus better and I'm not mentally drained after doing homework for five hours. My thoughts are more clear and I feel like more blood is circulating in my head. Now for the taste, this took some serious mind over matter thinking. I first tired the power in green tea and it was tough to swallow. Then I thought , I would mask the taste by spreading it on peanut butter drizzled with honey on a piece of bread.... not my best idea! Finally, I mixed with my coffee and over time it became tolerable and now I'm used to the yummy taste, some days I add a bit of vanilla flavoring and it helps. I would recommend having food in your stomach before having tonic.

This works very well. It's immediate, helps with focus and does not have any side effects.However, this second shipment I ordered arrived damaged. The top was cracked will not close which is an issue since I bought it for travel.

I have noticed the difference in being able to focus more. I really like how quick and effect it is.

I cannot attest to whether it works because I simply cannot get beyond the horrid taste to keep taking it. It's simply awful. Have tried several things and nothing works to make me keep taking this due to the bad flavor.

The Mind really helps with focus. I recommend trying if you have trouble focusing.

I was struggling a bit with my focus and concentration when I started looking for some ayurvedic herbs to improve memory and focus and found this online. It immediately helped and is still helping. I feel less distracted and I am focused on the task I am currently doing. The only downside is that it tastes HORRIBLE, you need to have the heart to take it and that is one reason why I gave it a 4 and not 5 stars. First I tried putting it in my tea as prescribed and threw the entire tea out and then I tried swallowing it with warm water - still didn't help. Finally, now I take 1 tsp of this and mix it with honey and drink warm water on top of it. Isn't the best solution but still tolerable I would say.

Helps me stay focused in the afternoon!
