.
Easy to put on and are comfortable to wear. Happy that there was 2 pairs in the pack as it means I can wear one pair and wash the other or have them for wearing in different shoes.

Great support
Really makes a difference when wearing these with sandals or with bare feet. They can be quite tight when wearing trainers but they offer support in the perfect place for my PF

Love these!
Used it for flat feet relief and support at home with slippers. Only been wearing them for a day or so but they are making a difference already

Do not use these. They’re dangerous.
Absolutely appalling product. Have you ever wanted to walk with a large hard stone on your foot? Then look no further. This is the thing for you. Honestly though, I have sunken arches and problems with sore feet and support, i wore these without shoes and they were already excruciatingly painful, i tried to get my shoes on (loose trainers) and I couldn’t even stand. I had my family try them 2 members of which also have sunken arches and they all agreed these were tantamount to a form of torture. More importantly though is that I took them to my physio and podiatrist/chiropodist and they both advised these are not suitable for any human feet. The supposedly gell balls in them are solid and feel nothing like gell. I tried them in every conceivable way to wear them and read through the instructions and copied the way they appear to be being worn in the photo and there is nothing but pain. It has nothing to do with my feet or their make up, these were literally just solid balls to put round your feet essentially allowing them to dig into your feet. I have small size 5 feet and I am not overweight nor do I have any disfigurement or issue that would prevent these from working, they simply do not work. And might do you more damage than help because if you’re feet are out of alignment, out of balance or uncomfortable it can affect the rest of the legs and back. These are dangerous and awful. I even tried simply to sleep with them on to try and get used to them to see if they would make a difference and it was so sore I had to take them off overnight and my feet still hurt the next day.If you like a bit of pain, or enjoy bruised feet then please buy these products. If you actually want help, go somewhere else.

really good
I have tried several different supports for my plantar fasciitis, but these by far are the best i have tried. The first time you wear then they feel a little strange but once you get used to them they are fine. I can wear mine all day while walking around the house and then I don't have any discomfort in my foot, heel or ankle.

Best thing ever for plantar faciitis
They are quite uncomfortable until you get used to them but this overrides the fact that they are the best thing I've ever tried for plantar faciitis, only had them on 1 day and already can feel the difference.

Too hard
These were much to hard for me, actually caused more pain in my arch. I find an insole more comfortable. Maybe suitable for some .. just not me.
