Careless packaging, broken handle, and poor quality
Headline: Careless packaging, damaged product, and poor seller qualityRating: ⭐ (1/5)Very disappointed with this purchase. The packaging was torn and crushed upon arrival, offering zero protection during transit. Inside, the cooker had a broken handle, making it completely unusable right out of the box.The build quality itself feels noticeably cheap. As a subscribed Prime member paying extra fees, receiving poorly packed, damaged goods is unacceptable. Both the seller's quality checks and Amazon's delivery handling failed here. I have another fragile order pending from this seller and am now genuinely concerned about how it will arrive. Not recommended

linda
