Is this soap dispenser lead free?

The unit will have some lead in the brass. All of our product meet current code requirements.

Can the soap be refilled from the top (as can other brands) so I don't have to remove and refill the bottle in very tight spaces? Thanks in advance.

Yes the bottle is filled from the top. It has a 15oz bottle you have to fill.

Is this a brushed finish?
