Used in upstairs fitness room. Ordered 50', received approximately 53'. Easy installation - lays completely flat when unrolled. To cut measured runs, placed piece of plywood under it, then easily squared and cut using a drywall T-square and utility knife. This also made carrying each run upstairs much easier. Laid 1/2" plywood over existing low pile carpet before installing. To be safe, used single sided carpet tape on bottom of rubber flooring seams. Note: before final installation, I laid the runs in the driveway to bake in the sun for approximately 1 week to enable off-gassing, which significantly reduced the expected rubber smell. Then mopped both sides with Zep neutral ph floor cleaner. After installation, used a plug-in air freshener while remaining faint rubber smell dissipated and went away over approx 2 weeks. Looks great, easy to clean, definitely worth the price.

This is an excellent product for a home gym! Thickness is just below my previous professional gym's quality.It was fairly easy to install though you will need a very sharp cuttin instrument, particularly for lengthwise cuts. To be expected due to thickness and sturdiness.Took 3 hours to do a 15x24 room flying solo. Would have been quicker with one more set of hands.Very pleased!

Great product, very sturdy and nice quality. The only issue with IncStore is their shipping, it now and then ends up in confusion in address etc.
