This heat pad retains it's heat well and is easy to put on. I've had my last heat pack from this brand for over 10 years so figured it was time for a new one (but often use both). V good for back pain.

Have to keep folding it in different positions for it to heat evenly.

So much better than other heat packs. With a hip problem I use this regularly. With the strap to attach it around I find it less restrictive and I can move around whilst using it. Fantastic. Best heat pack I've bought.

After less than 24 hours the clip securing the bandcame off.i had my previous Bed Bud for over 10 years.Super glue does not secure it. However the Bed Buddy's effectiveness is not reduced as it can still be tightened and with the addition of a lightweight back support it can secured effectively.
