Very tasty and niceMy babies love noodles but we avoid maida so this is such a great option 👍🏻👍🏻But the soaking time mentioned is two min in room temp water I actually find the results of soaking for a few hrs better for dry prep

Taste and texture is similar to Bambino vermicelli
My first experience with Peacock vermicelli is too good. when it served, indeed i couldn't differentiate it with normal Bambino vermicelli in taste and texture.Good product for celiac people
