Children Dirndl Dik07 3 pcs. Size 8, Oktoberfest drindle-s dress-es costume-s

This dirndl is extremely well-made and fits my daughter PERFECTLY with perhaps just a touch of room to grow; the only problem is the blouse that comes with it is so incredibly small (about two sizes smaller than expected) that she can't wear it. We just paired the dirndl with another blouse she had and it worked out great as you can see from the picture. The apron is adorable, too - she insists on wearing it with half of her other clothes, too.

The dress is beautiful! We absolutely love it! Based on the other reviews we ordered a size larger. My daughter (9 years old) is just fitting into a size 10 so we ordered a size 12 and it fits her perfect with a little room to grow. The white shirt is small, but it's meant to be small. It actually fit fine. The sleeves are a little snug on the elastic but not too bad.

First off I bought two of these dresses with the purple apron. One was a size 5 for my oldest and the 3t for her little sister. The size 5 seemed sized correctly. But the zipper was defective leaving and gapping hole in the side of the dress. The size 3t was really a miss labled size 5 or 6. It was actually slightly larger then the size 5. The size 3t dress had a heavy duty (jacket) zipper. The size 5 had a cheap no name dress zipper. Also, the edelweiss flower embroidered on the dress and apron are messed up. The rest of the embroidery looks really good. The tops for the 3t was also not right. The width was right but the shoulder hight was the same as the 5. Both of the aprons were the same size. The dresses are cute regardless of the extreme lack of quality control. I would have sent these both back but I didn't have time to get replacement dresses. Instead I had to spend a good chunk of my day fixing the size 5 dress and making it into a 3t. I added photos showing the zipper on the 5 and both of the dresses laying on top of the other.

Used it for Frozen, Jr. it was a great costume for the price. Good quality.

The quality of this dress is wonderful! Especially for the price. My husband and I were both blown away with the sturdy fabric and beautiful embroidery. There was one major con keeping us from giving this 5 stars: it is incredibly low cut. Not just a little, but if my 3 year old moved, the top became inappropriate very quickly. I was able to fix the problem by sewing on a panel of fabric, but if you don’t sew, be prepared to have your child wear a tank top or something under it. I am thinking about clipping and tweezing some of the embroidery threads to polish up the look a bit. Beautiful looking and made garment. As others have mentioned the shirt and dress run very small. We purchased the size 9 for our 7 year old daughter. Know that she normally wears a size 7. Everything fit but the shirt was still a touch small.

Very pretty, so many compliments. Looks the part, not like cheap costume.

Super cute, and kiddo was SO excited to wear it. But then, tragedy: One of the loop buttons on the bodice came off on arrival at Oktoberfest and was lost instantly. They need to be sewn on more sturdily, and adding a spare would have been really helpful. And we didn’t even get a picture of her in it. It looks halfway ok without the ribbon on, but definitely the eye is drawn to the spot where the missing button should be.
