Amazing book , very interesting for kids

A beautifully put together moving book. My class will love pouring over this book with all of its up to date (first published in 2019) information. The pop ups have been well thought through to aid the understanding of how the earth has developed over millions of years. There are pages in this book which touch on the topics of: plate tectonics, earthquakes, mountains, volcanoes, clouds, water cycle, coastal erosions, fossils, human and animal evolution, solar system with clear diagrams for night, day, lunar movement and seasons, renewable and non renewable sources of energy. Great for 7-11 year olds. Well worth the money. The pop ups are strong and seem very durable. However, as with all books of this type, I know my class will need to be taught how to handle it respectfully before allowing them to get their hands on it. The only pop up page I’m not so keen on is the one about clouds as the pop up needs to be supported by the reader, however this really doesn’t detract from what is otherwise a really fabulous book.

My 8 & 11 year old love this pop up book, it doesn't get boring, it stays in our car for long journeys and they love it each time

Loved how beautifully, evolution was illustrated. The pictorial 3D illustrations of volcanic eruptions, how the oceans formed, information on space & the skies, kept my 3 year old grandnephew enthralled. This is a great book for a child to grow up with.
