Q: Is there a knack to opening & closing these bags as I’m really struggling with them?

Hi there, Thank you for your question. Yes the first time opening the bags is a little harder as the air is grapped. Don't worry it is super easy afterwords. Also the fact our bags are 100% leak proof means they have to be super sterdy. The way to do it is as follows: grab hold of the circular handle and hold the bag in place, with your other hand simply hold the seal and slide in the direction of the arrow (on top of the seal). You will see once you do it this way how easy and quick they are to use. I hope this helps :) Many thanks, Sara

you slide the bar, at the top, to one side (it seals the bag)
