Playtex Simply Gentle Glide Unscented Regular Absorbency Tampons with 360 Protection, 72 Count

I prefer playtex products, and every time I try a new cheaper product, I end up regretting it. I'm guessing they may have a patent on the shape of the actual cotton piece, as I have not been able to find another brand with same qualities. The cotton is like 3" long max, no matter the absorbancy, even after being saturated. It's expands like a flower opening, (instead of like a pencil doubling in width--Tampax), and that shape is what works for me. They aren't long like Tampax (always have issues with those and similar shapes, expanding beyond the border...if u get my drift), and I avoid them at all costs. The applicator is usually comfortable, and I like that these ones are cotton with non toxic plastic applicators. Who decided that polyester, or anything not cotton, was a good thing to put inside a woman?? Thankful they are making these changes.

What can I say about these tampons. Well first they have a plastic applicator. They do go in easy and they absorb very well. I like that they are unscented and I do find they hold a good deal of fluid. It does not matter your age, any one can use these. Tampons can be tricky to insert at first until you get the hang of it and yes they can be uncomfortable until you get used to them but once you do its not an issue. It is not the tampon but the user that usually causes a problem. Even after many uses you can still get them in not as you should. After using many brands, I do like these over some other brands. Why, overall they absorb more and stay in place better I find. I know tampons are something that is unique to each woman and we all have preferences. But for absorption, and ease of use and value, I find these hit the marks

So, what do you say about a tampon review? They are pretty and smell nice? Well, they get the job done and I like that fact that they come with a lot in a box so I do not have to keep buying small boxes. I think possibly I need to purchase stock in the Playtex company considering this is just sort of a necessary staple in a house with three girls. I know that they will be making money.

Been using this brand of tampon on and off since I started my cycle since I was a teen. This 360 protection never fails (as long as you know how heavy your flow is). I didn't recognize the design but it is 100% playtex and it's the best brand to prevent any leaks. No off brand or any brand can beat this.

I don't bleed very much. Love these, good bang for your buck. I bought it like 2 years ago and I still have it.

I like these tampons. Are they fancy? No. Are they “cute”? No. Do they work? Absolutely. They are supposedly a cleaner tampon on the market and don’t have any extra cuteness added. The only downside is that they aren’t very discreet. The wrappers will make noise when unpacking and if you like to be discreet, this product may not be for you. Otherwise these work great and are very comfortable.

For anyone who thinks they are receiving the ‘wrong’ tampon because it says “simply gentle glide” instead of “360 gentile glide”- Playtex discontinued these tampons in-stores for quite some time. Cross checking on Playtex’s website, they now only offer 3 variations of the sport tampon, and these. Although having an involuntary break from the original gentle glide, these are identical and work the same- it’s just more “simple” :)

These did not work for me. I use super due to a heavier period. When pulling these out it appears they did not expand at all to help with absorbency.
