Excellent product for experienced DIY'ers
Second year of using this product to descale my Navien NPE-180A2 unit. Year 1 of doing the flushes myself, I mixed up the necessary amount of solution per the dilution rates and followed the instructions for how to flush my system. In total, took about an hour with the flushing process being about 35-40 minutes. The amount of material this solution was able to remove. I remember seeing what the technician got out on the very first flush done on the system and I feel like this removed a lot more. Year 2 of doing the flushes myself, similar results and time it took to use. Extremely happy with the product and results.

Excellent solution for descaling the worst mineral build-up inside tankless water heater
Works great. This product saved me thousands of dollars! I used it to clear out scales from a tankless water heater that appeared to be beyond repair. We bought a new house with a tankless water heater and did not realize that we also needed a water softener until about five years later. Once we almost completely lost hot water, a repair man told me the only solution was to completely replace it for multiple thousands of dollars. I decided to ignore his device and using Youtube and watching him, I was able to figure out how to use this descaler and a small pump to clear out all the mineral build up. The instructions said not to go more than 30 minutes, but I did 4-5 hours for 3-4 different days. Each time the "hot" water got a little warmer. Eventually, I got the hot water to work completely. With our new water softener system and this product, I think I solved the problem. This product saved me thousands of dollars!

First time use and now everytime use
Thus is my first time i used this product. I have tried 4 other products that cost much more . It seems like a good product. Even shows when you need to add more by a color change. I let this run for hours and my tankless water heater and needed it. I had to add extra product after about 30 minutes of use. I knew because it changed from pink to yellow. Due to the six months since my last descaling. This cost me less and I have some for my next time. So double the savings. I will reorder this next time and every time after. It even worked better then 90% vinegar with none of the smell.

Very safe and effective product.
Very effective product. I did not know to flush my tankless water heater. So we did not flush it for 5 years. This product removed almost all of the build up the first use. Easy to use. Safe to use too.

I've used three other products before this stuff on my Rinnai tankless water heater. The last product I used about 5 months prior and I was starting to notice issues so I suspected it needed a clean again so I bought this and it made a huge difference and foamed up a lot which led me to believe it was actually doing something too. My tankless has been running great for a while now... Touch wood.

We've owned a water on demand since 2006. We have well water with a water softener. Having a water on demand does require regular maintenance of flushing given the deposits in the water. We always flushed our tank every 3 months. We've used vinegar as recommended except it started corroding the valves, the utility pump and other connections. We used a few times CLR which lathers too much making the task to flush with clear water extra. Tried Florite it was good except expensive. We replaced our very old water softener with a very updated new one with iron remover. Making a huge difference in maitenancing the tank to I think every 6-8 months. It does the job very well does remove iron residue as well any calcium build up and any other mineral build up. Should flush the tank around 45 minute with solution then flush with regular water to remove any descaler residue. I found there isn't any after taste or smell with this descaler after the flushing is done. Will definitely buy this as a regular maitenance routine.
