I was a new user of Apple computers once I switched over to the iPhone. This has been a great purchase for me. When I first purchased it, I ran into an issue that I needed to have repaired, which was disappointing. They had to replace the battery, and then there was something else that needed to be repaired. After those repairs, I haven't had an issue. I have had this computer for several years, and it works like as if I purchased this computer barand new.

Cosmetically it came in excellent condition as promised it turned on out of the box I was able to set up my account and then the battery died while plugged in I tried the other ports none of the 4 ports were responding to being in the charger. I hope it’s the charger and not the MacBook I reached out to the seller so still waiting on a response *UPDATE* The MacBook does charge & hold a charge It was new so you may have to push the plug in to make sure it’s Secure not forcefully All the 4 ports do work Overall I am happy with my purchase Will be a repeat customer! Product arrived with minimal scratches/ scrapes. Has a scratch on the front part and the "A" key has popped out of place. When I plugged it in and started using it it all went smoothly until I saw the battery icon had a "X" on it. It didn't retain charge without being directly hooked to a power source. I just came back from the Apple store where the employee helped assess the problem which obviously it was that the battery needed replacement. He put in a work order for a replacement but said it might not be possible to get the part due to how old the battery is (2018 model). It'd would have cost another almost $300 if they can even get the part. I'm so disappointed since I paid for the refurbished laptop in great condition yet its core isn't functional. Why even sell it in the first place? I'd skip the purchase, y'all. Now I have to see if I can return it and get my money back so I can just save up a few more hundred for a new laptop from the apple store where I know it'll be functional and have apple warranty.

Computer came in a day earlier than the delivery said in perfect condition, exactly what I asked for. The screen looks great, the battery life is amazing and the setup was extremely easy!!!!

I really struggled with deciding between 3 and 4 stars, but ultimately I believe the Seller deserves the extra star. The laptop - which I purchased for my Mom for Christmas - is honestly great. The Seller did a good job of refurbishing it. By itself this would earn 4 stars for both product and Seller. However I did have a significant problem with the power adapter (aka the charger, as others have mentioned, the one sent with the laptop was not OEM and it caused major overheating and shutdown events), and it was a very frustrating experience getting the Seller to replace it.....which they finally did, to their great credit. Another reason that I ultimately decided to give them 4 stars. It would have been FAR less frustrating if they would have just communicated better - they DID send the replacement adapter after I asked, but despite repeated messages from me asking for confirmation and a tracking number, I heard nothing at all for over 10 days. I had to ask Amazon to step in and message them, TWICE. It finally just showed up in my Mom's mailbox yesterday. She says the new power adapter is working fine - no overheating or shutdowns! SO Mom is happy, which makes me happy. I would even buy from this Seller again. The product is high quality and the price is good. They stand behind their products and did the right thing when a problem arose, now that I know they just take forever to communicate, I can deal with future issues by just having more patience.

I'm always worried buying a refurbished or renewed product. I've been wanting a MacBook Pro and the newest wasn't a critical thing for me. This MacBook arrived in perfect condition - the screen is perfect, there are hardly any marks on it at all, only some minor marks on the bottom of the laptop. The battery life is about 3 hours - not bad for a laptop that's several years old. The Mac battery settings indicate the battery is still operating optimum. I don't think I can say anything about MacBook Pros that hasn't been said before - they are high quality units. If you're in the market for a used one, this seller is a trustworthy option!

Very happy with the 2020 renewed Mac Book Pro, it arrived early and was in great shape ( just a couple of wear spots on the bottom) ready for startup. Connected to my old computer, transferred the data and have been working with it flawlessly. Would definitely recommend the seller all was as described!

Me llego en caja generica y con cargador genérico, pero el equipo esta impecable! solo tenia un pequeño golpe en una orilla que casi ni se ve, ya olvide que ahi esta, es muy minimini ese golpe, pero encantado con la Touch Bar, me ayuda mucho a mi trabajo, a escribir, el sonido es increíble, y la pantalla igual. Recomiendo el producto, es rapido y cómodo, no pesa mucho

Mi esposa requería sustituir una vieja y obsoleta iMac para algunos días que tiene que hacer home office, pero el costo de in equipo nuevo estaba fuera de nuestro presupuesto. Después leer las reseñas sobre gente que adquiero un equipo Apple remanufacturado nos animamos a pedirlo y por una tercera parte de lo que hubiera costado una nueva MacBook adquirimos esta con cuatro años de edad. La condición estética de 9.8, corre la versión más actual del MacOS. Prácticamente sentimos que estamos estrenando. Tomar En cuenta que te la entregan en una simple caja de cartón genérica y el cargador también es genérico, dos cosas que no son de relevancia por el precio del equipo.
