The quality of this boot is excellent, the ridged bottom is great for icy, slippery surfaces, especially in the dark. Its light weight even though its sturdy, the lining is comfortable and warm. I have quite small calves and it was snug, so I don't think its going to be an option for women with big calves, although I'm a size 7 I bought a 7.5 and it was bit tight because it is quite narrow round the toes, I wore them all day for about 13 hours and I had no blisters, i had sore side of baby toes but I think they will stretch with more wear. If you are wide or flat footed don't go for this option or go a size up.

Just love these boots. Have been looking for a plain black leather with low heel for ages. Fit is excellent. Please note though, zip to outside of leg is not functional, which would have been great for me as I have quite slim legs. However, love them so much am definitely keeping them.

After a long several week deliberation, I decided on these boots. The style was right for me, can be worn with tight trousers or dresses. The sizes came in half sizes and as a 7.5 was perfect for me. I was not dissapointed. The leather was some of the best I have seen in any shoe or boot. Beautiful made and fit to perfection. I would say yes you would need fairly slim to average legs to wear them. Highly recommended.

I loved these boots they are gorgeous and comfy however, and is often sadly the case for me the calf size is far too small! A real struggle to get the zip up, even tried a larger shoe size in the hope the calf size would be bigger, sadly no! So great if you have the problem of wide calf boots?! But good return policy so thank you! Jealous of those who can wear these!

I haven’t wore them yet as they are a Christmas present,but they are just what I wanted for the bad weather.well worth the money. I ordered the next size up but there were too big so order your usual size.

Nithing to dislike about these boots. Absolutely perfect. I’m a 5.5 uk size so bought 6. Good fit. Very comfy and great for walking the dog. Will also be nice with midi dresses. Other reviews said boots were very narrow in the leg…. I didn’t find that. I have medium width calves I think and yes they’re a bit snug but don’t cut off the blood supply to your legs lol. They are leather and this snug fit well lessen over time. Very very pleased with them and a far better quality leather than a similar pair I bought with a designer name !!!!

Lovely low heel quality leather boots. I get a lot of attention for it. Nicer than in my picture as I didn't take them specifically for this review. Foot length I think is correct for uk sizes but the with is a bit narrow. I am 5f. 6 and thats where it reaches on my leg in the picture. I see myself to have short legs though so you have to consider that too.

I had the tan pair and had to get new pair as i loved them so much that i lived in them. Got the black too this time and both are great and warm.Please do a chocolate brown pair Remonte.Excellent quality. Tan pair always get compliments when wearing them.
