made excellent lasagna

I got it to try to find a low carb alternative to make Mac and cheese. The smell is definitely earthy when you open the package. I used a pizza cutter to make smaller would be noodles. When cooked the texture isn’t the same as au dente pasta. The flavor isn’t perfect either but the cheese sauce helps mask that. Overall, if it came pre-cut into smaller ribbons I would still give it 5 stars, imperfections and all.

I made a keto version of NY Times recipe for Lasagna Soup using these instead of the past called for. It was a big hit. I think it’s good enough to print on the package. I’ve previously made lasagna with these. I liked the tast but the construction was a challenge since the noodles are delicate. The soup version tastes just as good, and is a lot less trouble!

Over 50% of these noodles were shredded and completely mushed into a paste and couldn’t be used. Most of them disintegrated . IDK if they’re always like this or I just got a bad batch.

Excellent taste and fairly easy to use. I was shocked at how good they ended up being. Highly recommend!!!!

To make a good amount of a decent lasagna you have to use three packages.
