I love this book because the inspired ideas for great meals are easy to follow, the ingredients are simple but also some of the most fun. We live a full Paleo lifestyle and these recipes allow for those adjustments. This is a must have if you love delicious food.

I cannot believe lohan's recipe for veal meatballs is included in this book. Jamie always talks about how we should use sustainable sources of food, but using baby cows that purposely live in the dark for about 100 days and are slaughtered for food is reprehensible as well as not sustainable. Old cows get a show but lets do a veal story where we talk about the horrible lives those cows live. I took 2 stars off because i had no idea that this was a celebrity recipe story instead of a cookbook.

Jamie's cooking is always on point, this book is full of pictures, pleasure to read & cooking directions are easy.

I love Jamie's other books, but this is a disappointment. Sold it immediately to a 2nd hand store. :( Order one of his other many books, not this one!
