Tastes and smells just like cocoa used to.
So pleased with my Naturya Cacao. To me it smells and tastes just like Fry's cocoa used to. Modern cocoa is not at all as it used to be, due I believe to the beans used and the processing. I am so happy cacao was recommended to me. It is excellent as a drink or in cooking and baking.

Very bitter
Extremely bitter. If you think this is a “healthier cocoa” powder, think again. I made that mistake and the day I got it I used it to make hot cocoa and a “chocolate mousse”, absolutely UNEDIBLE because of how bitter it was. Now it’s collecting dust in my cupboard.
