I honestly can't live well without this. Tried, just to see if I really need it, and boy, do I! Arthritis made my tendons tight and brittle, too. Within a week of stopping it, the massive leg cramps that woke me yelling and crying were back. They hurt so badly I was limping for days from the damage done. I've been taking this collagen for over a month now and it seems to be helping. My problem is with my knees and having pain. I enjoy my yard work and gardening, but the stooping and squatting was getting to be too much for my poor knees. After taking this for a few weeks, I did notice a difference when my little granddaughter ran up to me for a dead on hug and I HAD to squat down and grab her. I have Almost no cartridge in my knees and this product seems to help a great deal. I have tried glucosamine and msm but could never tell any difference after taking for months.
