The item is designed in a good quality but just the size is to small for me !Perhaps I'll buy some other stuff from you store!

It fits well, molds to your head and it doesn't come loose. I would recommend this to most competitive swimmers.

Do not waste your time buying this cap. I ordered two of them, wasted over 2 weeks trying to get a good one. Both of them came glued in together inside, useless!

much better quality than nike silicone cap i bought at modells sporting goods, but still problematic. tends to suck air into itself and rise above the head. still, i feel the quality is worth the money - it is very thick and strong - so much so that it hurts my ears quite a bit, but that makes fore a more secure fit. give it a try if you are a fast swimmer, otherwise if you swim slow have mercy on your ears and get a thinner, cheaper cap.

Best race dome cap. Runs very small I wear size 7 fitted cap and needed a Large

The L size is not that Large, I would not recommed the M size.
