Reusable Wet Mop Pad Fit Dirt Devil Steam Mop, Replacement with AD51000, 3pk

Perfect replacement, washable.

Was unable to find replacement pads at a store where I live. These fit perfectly and work just as well as the ones that came with my machine.

These pads seem well made and wash up nice but do NOT fit a dirt devil steamer as claimed. The size isn't that much different than the dirt devil pads however, the shape just different enough to make the edges of the mop head make contact with the floor. This makes the back and forth motion a bit of a struggle and I was concerned about it scraping the floor. I also needed to cut off the stretchy side pockets (likely used for securing to a different mop head?) so the Velcro would stick securely to the dirt devil mop head. (see pics 3&4). Otherwise it popped right off because not enough Velcro made contact with the mop head to keep it on. The first pic shows the pad on the Dirt Devil mop head, the second compares the two pads next to each other, The black striped pad came with the Dirt Devil machine. The last pic shows this pad on top of the Dirt Devil pad. Again, the pads themselves are well made. The just don't fit the Dirt Devil mop. $13 down the drain.

I reluctantly ordered these as I thought they were expensive. I skeptically put the pad on and used it to clean my luxury vinyl floors. The surprise came when I went to clean the pad. The dirt just washes away. Amazing! I don't know how it does it, but it does it. It's like catch and release fishing. You catch the dirt and release it down the drain. Great for quick clean ups of spills or whole house cleaning.I rarely give five stars for any product or service. But this item deserves the rating.

It cleans well, more practical. Saves you more money than the disposable one whereas this you can put it in the washing machine & use again
