Is this item bright red or orange ?

This item uses Groz's bright orange paint, similar to all other Groz-branded sledgehammers.

Is the 4lb 12in hammer 12in in total length including the head of the hammer?

I'm guessing it's not. I had the 16 inch handle and it's only 13.5in handle, but it IS 16in including the head of the hammer. Hope that's clear. Check the video review of the 16 inch handle for this hammer. I explain in detail.
