Works great for controlling electric door lock release
Easy installation clear instructions. Very simple to hook up and extend wiring with cat5 cable.

Complexity to install
I had an electrician install this for me . . . he spent 5 hours getting in installed and it still doesn't work. Very complex and I will be returning it for a credit.
